As a Strategic Account Director, AI, you’ll work with senior marketing leaders to craft and deliver innovative, personalized AI solutions that solve complex challenges in large-scale CRM programs.

With comprehensive training in the MEDDICC framework, you’ll gain the tools to build impactful business cases and lead transformative conversations around AI solutions in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion innovative AI solutions, identifying and closing opportunities in new markets and across existing enterprise clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by managing a robust pipeline of new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Position AI technology as a strategic enabler of marketing performance, working closely with enterprise clients to address their most pressing challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Client Experience, Implementation, and Solutions Consulting, to ensure seamless deal execution and sustained client success.
  • Develop strategic, long-term plans that align with C-level priorities and organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting for deal size, close probabilities, and timelines.
  • Host client meetings and quarterly business reviews; some travel (approximately 25%) may be required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise marketing solutions to senior executives, including CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing VPs.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI's potential to revolutionize marketing technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Proven ability to introduce new products to market, manage complex sales processes, and support clients through organizational change.
  • Strong track record of closing large, high-quality deals.
  • Technical aptitude or background in technology.
  • Consultative sales approach with a solution-focused mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
