About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Regional Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will design and execute impactful marketing programs that align with global strategies, elevate brand awareness, and generate opportunities for sales teams. You’ll manage a talented marketing team, oversee budgets, and play a key role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored marketing programs for the EMEA region, aligning with global strategies to boost brand presence and drive sales opportunities.
• Partner closely with sales teams to create targeted campaigns that increase revenue and foster customer engagement.
• Oversee and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for optimal results.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt worldwide awareness programs to meet regional needs.
• Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide marketing strategies and respond to evolving market dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in the Data Center or technology sector.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results, with extensive experience in the EMEA region.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in both German and English is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
